The Editoria11y open-source software library and CMS plugins are licensed separately under their respective open-source licenses (see the LICENSE file in each repository). Paid add-on subscriptions are subject to the additional purchase terms presented during checkout via Freemius.

You may browse, link to, and share content on this website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to interfere with the site's infrastructure or availability.

The Editoria11y name, logo, and website design are the property of Editoria11y LLC. Website content (text, images, and documentation) is made available under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) unless otherwise noted. The Editoria11y software library is released under its own open-source license as specified in the relevant repository.

This website contains links to third-party services including Freemius, JotForm, GitHub, and GitLab. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those services. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Editoria11y accessibility checker is a tool that helps identify common content-quality issues. It does not guarantee full legal compliance with any accessibility standard, including WCAG, EN 301 549, Section 508, or the European Accessibility Act. Automated testing cannot replace manual expert review.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Editoria11y and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the website or software.
